Öppen repetition

Kristian Berglund and Jakob Sjöstedt both deal with concepts such as spatiality, functionality and linguistics. They both put their trust in their material and the sculptural work as carriers of collective as well as individual experiences. Together they try to find a common expression that contradicts the idea of a solitary genius.

The artists put it like this:

We are open for errors and leakage, cavities and cracks, and from the seemingly sealed and mute we amplify the verbal and pick up the resonance.

We can expect everything and nothing. Motion and tranquility.
